4.2 Individuals, Parties, Businesses or Corporations found reproducing any material on this website, other than customers who become a Webtronic Member and have Royalty Free Master Resale Rights to our products, will be subject to the full extent of the law.  

5. LICENSE

Our website grants you a non exclusive limited license to use our software, information products and website templates for your own personal use in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. The only exception to this license is for all Webtronic Members who are granted Royalty Free Master Resell Rights to use our products and/or sell our products completely Royalty Free and keep 100% of the profits.

6. MEMBERSHIP

By becoming a Webtronic Member you will gain instant lifetime access to over 300 software products, information products, website templates and bonuses, and you are granted Royalty Free Master Resale Rights to these products and software provided in our Members area. You may use the software products, information products and bonuses for your personal use, or sell the products and software at your own prices and keep 100% of the profit.

7. LIMITED USAGE GRANTED

You may only use each individual website template on a single website, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design, or you can purchase our Template Packages and have unlimited usage rights or you can become a Webtronic Member.

8. UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of the individual website templates, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind. You can however purchase our Template Packages or become a Webtronic Member with Royalty Free Master Resale Rights.

9. ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your Webtronic Membership to anyone without prior written consent from our company. You are however provided your own individual Royalty Free Master Resale Rights and Lifetime Access when you become a Webtronic Member.

10. OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to individual website templates, modified or unmodified. You can however purchase our Template Packages or become a Webtronic Member with full Master Resale Rights.

11. SPECIFIC DISCLAIMERS

11.1 All software, information products and website templates contained on this website is given in good faith and has been created and/or derived from sources believed to be accurate. However, Webtronic Webdesign makes no representation or warranty of any kind as to the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

14. ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchases can be suspended for manual antifraud checks for 10-20 minutes or in the event of a more serious investigation (around 20 hours). Antifraud checks occur because of the growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
